Six Pillars of Wellness

The Six Pillars of Wellness offers a holistic mindset and framework for taking good care of yourself, and finding ways to educate and support your family and loved ones. You can do these practices together or engage with them yourself to learn simple but effective ways to shift and change your life for the better!

These videos were created in collaboration between Main Street Yoga at Ease and the Stoughton Wellness Coalition. 

 
   
         
Self-Awareness 
The polyvagal pet helps to soothe the nervous system and reset overstimulated senses.
  Move Well 
This “Somatic Spinal Spiffy” practice releases tension within the six movements of the spine. 
  Breathe Well 
Fun breath trivia and a short practice to reduce stress and gently up the vibe!
 
         
   
         
Sleep Well 
In this short, sweet practice, we soothe the nervous system and breath for restfulness.
  Eat Well 
This short practice includes an active meditation to support digestion.
 
  Self-Care Clarity
Explore self-care practice in ways that can be improved upon by listening and responding to what your body needs.

Main Street Yoga at Ease is a local non-profit therapeutic yoga provider dedicated to ease suffering in our community. We offer practices and training that incorporate proven holistic methods like Yoga, Somatics, and SomaYoga Therapy. Engage with us in your local community at 124 West Main Street in Stoughton, WI for gentle yoga practices, mindfulness and meditation, yoga therapy, nervous system support, and pain relief and reduction.
